A 'low gluten' (*see our allergy note!), vegan version of our caramelized chocolate chip! We use dark muscovado sugar and a gluten-free flour blend, along with a luscious mix of oils and vegan butter-alternatives to keep these cookies moist and chewy. Home-roasted and ground hazelnuts lend a nuttiness that would usually come from browned butter. These have pockets and pools of dairy-free chocolate and are topped with flaky sea salt.
